Dr. Paul Gordon, CEO and Founder
Paul has been a superintendent in Illinois and Washington State schools for the past ten years. Before that, he worked in a large, urban school district in Colorado as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, director of professional development, and chief academic officer.
Dr. Gordon has led four different school districts and understands the importance of developing a systematic approach to improving outcomes for EACH student.
He is a passionate educator who supports schools and districts in creating the necessary foundation for change and improvement. In April 2023, he and his co-authors published The Way to Inclusion.
